Return & Refund policy:

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges simply because this is a feminine care business. The only exception is if the carrier damages your package during shipment. In such a case, save the box and the products, take a photo of the damaged items, and contact us via email at within 24-48 hours of receiving the package.

Order Cancellation:

You have a 15-minute window to cancel your order from the moment it is placed. After this period, orders cannot be cancelled as processing commences immediately. Please note that order cancellations are not applicable during sale events. If you've had a change of mind after making a purchase, feel free to contact us via, and we'll assist you in modifying your order.

Customs-related returns:

If your package is unclaimed and returned by customs, we may refund the cost of the products, but the shipping charges will not be refunded.
